I’m going to start this post by saying I am not a heath junkie, fitness “nut”, or gym guru. To be honest, I can’t tell you the last time I went to an actual gym. And I swear I only get my cardio because of my retail job and my highly active dog that needs lots of walks.
But I’m using this site as a way of keeping myself motivated to workout, while hopefully motivating some of you as well. So as a weekly installment, I will breakdown my workout plan for the week. Feel free to do this workout as well, or use it as a jumping off point for your own rendition.
Also, I must note: I wouldn’t usually have “fast paced walking” as my workout and I’m aware that it seems silly for a 23 year old to count walking as cardio. However, my intentions for running have been temporarily put on hold due to a sprained ankle that happened last month. So not only is this my way of getting a workout, but this is also my way of easing back into running without re-injuring myself. Don’t let me hold you back!
