It’s Sunday again, so you know that means another week of workouts is on it’s way.
I also realized that I’m dumb and made my little clock graphic look like 20 minutes while I was saying 40 minutes on my last two weekly workout posts. That’s fixed now. Sorry about that silly little mistake.
I honestly can’t wait for the weather to warm up so I can start doing outdoor workouts. I’m also ready for this ankle to get stronger. I’m sure I’m fine but I’m mostly concerned about re-injuring myself. Anyone have any suggestions for easing back into cardio/running after a sprain?
