It’s starting to feel a little more like fall, but it’s not quite chilly enough to start wearing sweaters. But these last few weeks, long pants have been a must.
This outfit started as a way for me to rejoice in the fact that these jeans fit me again! I bought these jeans Freshman year of college (6 years ago?! Yikes!) and I’m not gonna lie, I’m not the same size I was my Freshman year. Back then, Hollister was still the only thing that really fit me well, and while the rest of my Hollister jeans have since been donated years ago, I held on to these as sort of my goal jeans. Any time I wanted to watch my weight, these jeans were the one’s to try on.
When I bought these jeans, they were as boyfriend fit as you could get, and I could pull them off without unbuttoning them. Just about a month ago, they didn’t fit. Now, tada! Here I am rockin em for the world to see. I’m by no means able to pull them off without unbuttoning, but that’s not really what I’m striving for. This summer I’ve really taken a step in the right direction as far as my health is concerned. I basically cut out all fast food, I became a vegetarian (more on that later), and I really stuck to a workout schedule. All in all, good things are happening.
Can you tell I love these shoes?
Anyone from Raleigh will recognize this Dillon Supply Co building in the warehouse district. I don’t know what it is, but I love these old warehouses.
