With the fall slowly turning its colors toward the ground and the newly felt crisp in the air, it is a wonderful time for turning inward and reconnecting to ourselves. We so often think of connection as an external thing, connecting to something outside of ourselves, but in order to have quality external relationships, we must first look inside.
1) You true self is perfect.
2) Only you know what is best for you.
3) Have compassion for yourself.
3) Sit in silence every day.
