This past year we’ve covered lots of topics here on the blog, most of them revolving around something business related. A big part of this is because of my own entrepreneurial journey consuming my life this past year.
However, this month I decided to focus on something a little more personal and something I know we all need to think more about.
I’m in the process of making my health and fitness a huge priority, so to keep me motivated (and possibly encourage some of you) we are going to be getting into aspects of both physical and mental health throughout the month.
