I’m ashamed to say that my last workout actually made me sore this past week. When I was planning it I thought, “I’m not sure if this is hard enough… but I’ll let it slide for the first week.” That just proves how out of shape I am. Truth: just cause someone is thin does not mean they are in good shape or healthy for that matter. But that’s the whole reason I’m doing this.
So here is week 2. I’m still a little scared to actually run on my ankle so the silly “fast paced walking” is still on the board. Again, cater this to your own needs!
